Adopt Mid-Year Budget Revision - YES

In the middle of each fiscal year, the Town conducts a budget revision to track revenues and expenses, and to bring our projections in line with what we've seen through the year so far. As part of this, we will also reallocate funds to different accounts as needed. I voted to adopt this year's January budget revision, and to earmark a previously unallocated $1.7 million (part of last year's surplus) for improvements including park upgrades and the construction of our new town hall.
