Award $425,000 Contract for Landscaping Maintenance - YES

I voted to renew our contract with Flores Builders for public landscape maintenance throughout Corte Madera. Flores has done a wonderful job over the last 17 years providing landscape services to the town of Corte Madera, maintaining our public medians and parks as well as preparing for large community events like our Fourth of July celebration at Town Park and Oktoberfest. They have developed a good working relationship with Town staff and a deep knowledge of the community’s character and needs, which allows them to do this work efficiently.
