Extend Building Permits by 120 Days Due to COVID - YES

I voted to extend the expiration date on certain building permits and other types of entitlements by 120 days if they expired at the beginning of the pandemic. It's not residents' fault that COVID happened, and they shouldn't be penalized by having their permits expire when their entire lives were upended.
