Install Trash Capture Devices on Storm Drains - YES

The San Francisco Bay is one of our most crucial natural resources, and we have a duty to protect it from unnecessary pollution. I voted for the Town to enter into an agreement with Marin County that would see trace capture devices installed on key local storm drains, using grant funding from the EPA. This is a very cost-effective way to cut down on trash entering the Bay.
