Receive State Funding for Local Roadwork - YES

In 2017 the Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and Accountability Act, was signed into law to increase funding for road maintenance and safety projects to municipalities like the town of Corte Madera. In order for the town of Corte Madera to receive said funding, Corte Madera must submit an adopted project list. This list includes the following projects: Granada Drive Pipeline Replacement Project (Water District-led pipeline replacement with resurfacing of seven roads), Casa Buena Complete Streets Project (Complete streets project with partial depth recycling, asphalt overlay, storm drain, ADA, and bicycle improvements), and Madera Gardens Road Resurfacing Project (Road resurfacing and ADA/sidewalk improvements). We are grateful to be receiving state funding to fix local roads!
